Returns

We have the highest standards in all that we do and we hope that you'll never have cause to complain about your service, or your print. If for some reason you're not happy we make life simple and will try our best to make sure we resolve any issues.

If you're unhappy with the standard of print or materials, we'll always look to reprint or re-provide where possible. We'll just ask that you send us some images so we can see the issues ourselves and if we are in the wrong, we'll correct the mistakes. We have very few issues but in 99.9% of the issues we have, a reprint solves the problem.

REFUNDS:
If you're not happy and do not want a replacement we will look on a case-by-case basis at refunding all or part of your order. This is unusual for a print supplier but is where we like to stand out.

If you're looking at a refund, we will agree a refund figure with you based on the issues we see in the products and having reviewed your complaint. We will usually ask that you return the items to us at your own cost before we issue a refund.

Artwork is non-refundable.

If we have provided an artwork service as part of the print and you will no longer be keeping the print, we reserve a right to charge for the artwork and deduct this from the refunded amount.

If we have provided free artwork and no amount has been deducted from the refund it is expected you will no longer use the artwork and we will seek to recover any costs if we discover our artwork being used elsewhere.
